From the outside you definitely get that rustic beautiful barn look, but then as you go inside the space is full of excitement, elegance and beauty. This venue is ideal for couples planning their wedding in the warmer months as you get a little bit of the indoor/outdoor feel throughout the property, with the most ideal months for weddings here being October and April.
Ceremony and Reception Spaces
The Prairie Glenn Barn features reclaimed timber from three different generations of this family owned facility really pulling in a rustic feel. Inside of the barn you are greeted with a more modern appearance with elegant lighting, and a warm, romantic aesthetic. The Chapel in the Gables is primarily used as the ceremony spot in correlation with the barn. This private oasis is an outdoor space surrounded by a canopy of oak trees, an elevated platform, and wooden bench style seating.
The other primary wedding space at Gable Oaks Ranch is Lakesong which offers 360 views of the ranch highlighting the surrounding hayfields as well as the on-property lake. The Lakesong pavilion is primarily used as the reception space while the Chapel at The Grand Oak serves as the primary ceremony location. This ceremony spaces brings you right up against the water with a majestic 100 year old oak tree as the backdrop.

Weddings at Gable Oaks Ranch are all-inclusive taking much of the guess work out of your wedding day. Wedding packages include a wedding designer, floral specialist, event coordinator, ceremony coordinator, officiant, a DJ, event staff, as well as event insurance. Both sites also feature bridal and groom suits.
Wedding Packages and Cost
The starting cost for weddings at Gable Oaks Ranch is $12,900 for their all-inclusive wedding package. This package includes use of the venue, for up to 250 guests. DIY wedding packages are also available, though only at the Lakesong ceremony and reception space.
